Plastic bonded magnets
Whether electric pump drives, speed sensors, position sensors, contactless springs or switches – increasing electrification and automation enable growth rates of more than 10 % per year for magnet applications. This growth market is currently still shared among a few specialized suppliers.

Plastic bonded magnets made of KEBABLEND / M are suitable e.g. for the production of
- Sensors for measuring speed, position and level
- Electric drives, pump rotors, couplings and switches
- Holding magnets, chip catchers and magnetic closures
Material properties

Compared to sintered magnets, injection-molded magnets made from KEBABLEND / M magnet compounds are characterized above all by their media resistance, toughness and high design freedom and possibilities for function integration, e.g. in 2K injection molding.
Technical data sheets with mechanical and magnetic properties can be found in our product finder or as an overview of our standard products here.
In addition to the constantly growing range of standard products, we are happy to offer you the customized adjustment of magnetic materials for your special requirements.
Would you like to open up this market segment for yourself or are you thinking about manufacturing magnets yourself that you still buy in today? Challenge us and send us your inquiry.
