From the idea to series production.

We advise you on feasibility and component cost optimization for your individual project.

We help you find the right material for you. Our own wide range of plastics is available to you for this purpose, as are distribution plastics from our partners. We are also happy to develop customer-specific compounds and recyclates for you.

We are happy to support you in the design of your desired component. For this purpose, we offer you a wide range of services from the areas of CAE & Engineering as well as our in-house test laboratory.

We manufacture your desired prototype according to the most suitable process for you. Our options range from tooling, injection molding and additive manufacturing to milled parts.

We will gladly take over your pre-series production in our own technical center with 15 injection molding machines. We also offer conditioning of polyamide components, the sale of conditioning equipment and additional component finishing.

We develop your process and run in your series tools. We are happy to offer you small series production of up to 100,000 pieces per year. For large-scale production, we ensure a documented handover to the series injection molder.
