Strong training network continues to grow: joke Technology now on board

Overath, May 19, 2025 – The successful training partnership between HEW-KABEL, MÜLLER TEXTIL, and BARLOG Plastics is growing: joke Technology GmbH from Bergisch Gladbach is joining the network as another strong partner. Together, the four companies are pursuing the goal of making training more attractive and giving young talent a wide range of insights into different industries.

A concept with vision

The training partnership was launched in April 2023 to give trainees the opportunity to broaden their horizons through two-week exchange phases at the partner companies. This initiative promotes not only the professional but also the personal development of young talent. The training partnership concept has proven to be a complete success over the past two years. The trainees from all participating companies rated the exchange phases very positively – they particularly praised the practical insights, the change of perspective, and the opportunity to look beyond their own field of expertise. Many participants reported that the experience had not only strengthened their technical knowledge but also their self-confidence and ability to work in a team.
