BARLOG Plastic cancels Plastics Technology Days due to COVID-19

This year’s EKTT, which was scheduled to take place on June 18-19, 2020, unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the Covid-19 impact. The next Engelskirchen Plastics Technology Days will take place on June 17 and 18, 2021.

Due to the Covid-19 impact, the BARLOG Group management decided to cancel the event, which was scheduled to take place on June 18-19, 2020. As a result, BARLOG Group’s long-running series of events will be interrupted by the virus for one year.

As things stand, the company does not expect events of this magnitude to be permitted again by mid-June. Even if this should be the case, the organization of the event in the usual quality of lectures and exhibition could unfortunately not be guaranteed in the current situation.

Due to the large number of events that have been postponed to the second half of the year due to Corona, the management of the BARLOG Group has decided not to postpone the event, but to cancel it completely this year. 2020 will thus become the first year in the company’s history in which no Technology Days will be held.
