BAHSYS GmbH presents new services at the formnext trade fair

At this year’s “formnext”, the leading international trade fair for additive manufacturing, in Frankfurt am Main, BAHSYS GmbH, as a service provider for additive manufacturing, will present its service offerings and innovations.

In the CAE Services business area, the company will present new possibilities in the field of integrative simulation of plastic parts, in which the interactions between the processing procedure and the mechanical performance of components can be taken into account in the early development phase. Particularly in combination with automated optimization processes, the new, digital development tools enable significant time and cost savings in the product development process.

In addition, BAHSYS is presenting its new “Quick Shot Production” service, which enables significant time gains in the realization of injection-molded prototypes when implementation speed is the top priority. This service complements the prototype portfolio – from 3D printing, standard and thin-wall injection molding, multi-component technology and plastic-metal composites to injection-molded parts made of LSR (liquid silicone).

In addition to prototype production, BAHSYS is also focusing on the manufacture of small batches from all common thermoplastics as well as LSR in the above-mentioned processes. “In particular, end customers with small batch sizes and annual quantities appreciate our company’s focus on fast set-up processes and flexible order planning, and feel they are in good hands if their orders do not constantly lose out in priority to long-runners and large customers,” says Frank Barlog, Managing Director of BAHSYS GmbH. BAHSYS GmbH supplies customers from various sectors such as the automotive, electrical and sanitary industries with injection-molded parts in small batches of up to approximately 50,000 pieces per year.

Visit the BAHSYS GmbH team from November 13-16 in Hall 3.1 at booth J78.
