BARLOG Plastics at K 2025 with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and cost efficiency

Overath, August 11, 2025 BARLOG Plastics GmbH announces its participation in the K 2025 trade fair—the world’s leading trade fair for plastics and rubber, which will take place in Düsseldorf from October 8 to 15. As an innovative solution provider in plastics technology, the company will be exhibiting at the joint stand of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in Hall 6, Stand D76. Trade visitors can expect practical insights into forward-looking developments that are specifically geared to the current and future challenges facing the industry.

BARLOG Plastics stands for flexibility and efficiency in plastics development

BARLOG Plastics GmbH supports its customers throughout the entire development process – from the initial idea to series production. As a full-service provider, the company offers a comprehensive portfolio: from the manufacture and sale of high-quality plastic compounds to the development of plastic components and the production of prototypes and small series. The focus is on customized solutions that intelligently combine material selection, design, prototyping, and pre-series and small-batch production. BARLOG Plastics is committed to maximum flexibility—all services can be booked on a modular basis or as a complete solution to realize innovative product ideas efficiently, economically, and in a practical manner.

Material solutions for the highest standards of sustainability, performance, and cost efficiency

BARLOG Plastics will be presenting innovative, sustainable high-performance materials and comprehensive services at K. Among other things, the focus will be on the KEBALLOY ECO series, which offers glass- and carbon fiber-reinforced grades made from recycled plastics as an environmentally friendly and cost-saving alternative to metal for structural components. Unreinforced variants with brilliant colors and high scratch resistance are ideal for use in housings. The portfolio also includes compounds based on recycled and bio-based plastics as well as PFAS-free solutions for applications that previously required PTFE-containing materials. A flexible modular system enables individual, tailor-made material solutions.

Accelerating innovation and reducing costs

To shorten development times and reduce costs, BARLOG Plastics offers efficient services such as rapid tooling for the fast realization of prototypes and small series. The company’s portfolio also includes special injection molding processes such as silicone, magnet, and multi-component injection molding, as well as the overmolding of metal parts using a vertical injection molding machine. CAE simulations ensure early error detection and accelerated development processes. With a clear focus on innovation and sustainability, BARLOG Plastics will be presenting a wide range of services at K that will help companies meet modern market requirements, optimize processes, and sustainably expand their competitiveness. BARLOG Plastics looks forward to interesting and inspiring discussions at K at the joint booth of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in Hall 6, Booth D76.
