Determine ingredients
Various ordinances, regulations and directives regulate the use of hazardous substances in plastics. These include general regulations such as REACh, SVHC candidate list and the Chemicals Prohibition Regulation or industry and application-specific regulations such as RoHS, DIN EN 71-3 (toys) or EU Regulation 10/2011 (plastics in contact with food).
If manufacturers of components and articles would like to know and clearly prove that their products do not contain any harmful substances according to the corresponding regulation, analytical test methods can be applied and proof can be provided.
