Creep rupture test

Creep rupture internal pressure tests are important tests for materials and components that are subjected to internal pressure and are therefore common tests in the sanitary industry. These tests are used for component design, quality assurance and service life estimation.

At BARLOG Plastics, special test specimens can be manufactured from various materials. The test specimens or components are filled with water for testing, pressurized internally, and stored for a specified test period or until failure. The ambient medium can be air or water.
With BARLOG Plastics, 5 components or test specimens can be tested simultaneously with different internal pressures up to max. 60 bar.
