Save-the-date: 26th EKTT on 15th and 16th of June 2023

Overath, January 12, 2023 This year’s 26th Engelskirchen Plastics Technology Days (EKTT), organized by BARLOG Plastics GmbH, will take place in Lindlar on June 15 and 16, 2023. This industry-renowned information and communication forum offers participants the opportunity to attend two days of informative technical presentations and exchange knowledge and trends related to plastics as a material.

BARLOG Plastics has been organizing the EKTT for more than 25 years. The focus of this established and steadily growing event is on a wide-ranging program of lectures and an accompanying exhibition. The opportunity to exchange views on current trends and topics affecting the plastics industry in a relaxed atmosphere at the evening get-together rounds off the event. “We are delighted to be able to put on this informative event again this year. Many exhibitors have already registered for our 26th EKTT – the positive response of the last few years encourages us and shows that this event is firmly established,” explains Peter Barlog, Managing Partner of BARLOG Plastics GmbH. For two days, registered visitors can attend the technical presentations including the accompanying exhibition.

The main theme of the 26th EKTT: “Thinking in terms of opportunities”

Energy crisis, disrupted supply chains, shortage of skilled labor, major changes in customer markets and new challenges such as sustainability and digitalization are often perceived as threats. However, these changes also offer great opportunities for companies that prepare strategically and technologically at an early stage. In particular, there is great potential in collaboration and the exchange of best practices. This year’s 26th EKTT, with the central theme “Thinking in terms of opportunities”, will once again offer a platform for technical and strategic exchange between companies from the value chain of technical plastics applications.
